European football clubs including top Spanish squads have been getting to grips with the Versapulley strength and conditioning machine from fitness firm Versaclimber UK.
Newly available through European distributors Iberian Sportech and Spanish fitness specialist VF Sport, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Real Betis, Athletic de Bilbao have been using the machine as part of their fitness regimes.
Juventus and Monaco have also been using the Versapulley in their training.
Designed to offer a versatile and effective workout, the machine has user-controlled resistance which increases the harder the rope is pulled. It can work a variety of muscle groups simultaneously, allowing entire movements to be developed as a whole for particular sports.
